Kafa'a Middle East ensures that all data generated, processed, and stored within the platform remains under the sovereign jurisdiction of the Middle-East.
1. Data Residency
All personal and professional information is hosted on secure, Middle-East based cloud servers (Moro Hub / G42). No data is transmitted outside the national digital borders without explicit ministry authorization.
2. Governance Compliance
Our policies are aligned with the Middle-East Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data.
