Users must access the platform through official government-approved credentials and biometric verification systems (National Digital ID). Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
Verification Nodes
Kafa'a provides verification as-is. We are not liable for employment outcomes based on third-party claims not processed through our core sovereign verification engine.
Compliance Protocol
Failure to comply with these terms may lead to immediate suspension of digital verification privileges and reporting to national labor authorities.
Cyber-Law Governance
All interactions within the Kafa'a ecosystem are governed by regional cyber-laws and federal labor decrees, ensuring a safe and regulated talent marketplace.
